Five Palm Amazing 2 Bedroom Apartment with Partial Sea View

Positive: Perfect for my family, and everything was made super amazing by having Laxmi readily available on WhatsApp for any of our needs! Would definitely book again!

Positive: Wo soll ich anfangen? Das Apartment war dreckig, die Möbel abgenutzt, und es roch, als wäre dort seit Wochen nicht richtig geputzt worden. Der Service war eine absolute Katastrophe – unfreundlich, überfordert und null Interesse daran, Probleme zu lösen. Der Check-in dauerte ewig, und obwohl wir mehrfach um Hilfe gebeten haben, passierte einfach gar nichts.kaputte Ausstattung und insgesamt ein chaotisches Management. Für den Preis ist das einfach nur eine Frechheit! Ich habe selten so eine Enttäuschung erlebt – nie wieder!

Awful experience… Positive: N/A Negative: From the moment we entered the property, it was clearly not fit for purpose. The conditions were extremely unhygienic and far below acceptable standards for any rented accommodation. Specific issues included: • Pubic hairs and nail clippings left in various areas • Floors were visibly dirty and unclean • Lights turning on automatically during the night, disturbing our sleep • A previously smashed TV, not replaced • Mold visible on the headboard and in the air conditioning unit • Razor blades left in the shower from previous guests • Shower heads in unacceptable condition These are not minor complaints—they reflect a serious lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality. We stayed for two nights and were unable to get proper rest due to the environment, which was clearly not as advertised. When we requested a cancellation after 2 nights stay as we gave them the opportunity to move us but they don’t have any other properties they just wanted to stall us as long as possible, they refused to accept the cancellation request for days (clearly they have done this before as they knew about the 48 hour response time from booking.com customer service). I believe this property is scamming people judging by other reviews below.

Great hotel. Lovely reception staff poor apartment for money paid Positive: Property was clean. Had to ask for cleaner to attend. Negative: Was very noisy. Soundproofing that was promised did not work as backs onto main road. Also issues with lights in the second bedroom reported and not fixed. TV in main bedroom was smashed and could not be used. Reported and nothing done with this. Sockets hanging off and also lights kept tripping. Reported and not sorted. Told not to use the toaster.
